How do I know if my anxiety is normal or a disorder?
Everyone has anxiety from time to time, right?

However, when that emotion becomes overwhelming and interferes with daily living activities such as work, school, relationships and taking care of ourselves, it becomes a disorder. Some common signs of Anxiety: Racing thoughts, restlessness, trouble relaxing, excessive or catastrophized worry that is difficult to control, excessive worry about multiple things, difficulty concentrating, feeling nervous anxious or on edge, irritability or being easily annoyed.
There are several therapeutic approaches used to cope with Anxiety. Cognitive Based approaches such as CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based therapeutic intervention strategy utilized by many Licensed Mental Health Professionals.
